Life is motion or Motion is life?

I don't believe in denying oneself ANY form of pleasure -- as we are created with the capacity to savor life on many levels, including the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual! We need only to let go of the inhibitions and insecurities that sometimes hold us back and embrace the opportunities that are provided to us. You, my dear friend, are one who lives -- and enjoys -- life to the fullest! I hope you never lose that sense of wonderment about all that is bright and beautiful.
